Russian Shooting Union      







Russian Shooting Union is the all-Russian shooting Federation includes all Olympic and non Olympic class of rifled and shotgun shooting.
Russian Shooting Union was formed in 1991 and presents the successor of the USSR Shooting Sport Federation which history starts in 1952.
Russian Shooting Union has 53 branches and 8 500 members all around the Russia.
The main aims and goals of activity of Russian Shooting Union are the development, support and popularization of the shooting sport as a whole. Nowadays Russian Shooting Union takes an active part in media and marketing projects, which support and help to extend the knowledge about shooting sport and participants.
Annually Russian Shooting Union organizes about 40 all-Russian competitions and represents Russian shotgun and rifle combined teams at the international competitions.
Russian Shooting Union is the member of International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF), European Shooting Confederation (ESC) and International Federation of Sporting Shotguns Shooting (FITASC).
Russian Shooting Union is the member of Russian Olympic Committee (ROC).
The President of Russian Shooting Union is Vladimir Lisin.
